My name is Valerie Hollingsworth, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Transformation Facilitator and an advocate for living our best life possible while taking care of our natural world. I enjoy singing, dancing and making music. I really like it when everybody wins. I strive for that outcome in my practice as well as my personal life. A major part of the work I do is with a system called The Body Code, which allows me to identify emotional baggage and other harmful energies that become stuck in our bodies causing physical, emotional and mental conditions. Once identified these imbalances are removed; which in turn supports the bodies ability to regain its balance and do its job more effectively.
My mission is to get this working for people. Teach people how to look after their own energy system and shed some light on the unseen energies that cripple our life force energy; affecting every area of our well being.
